Our History

There are few who would argue against the need for more collective action to solve systemic social problems.  Maine Network Partners is an initiative begun by Warren Cook, Carole Martin, and Bo Norris. We have been promoting, funding and helping others develop collaborative strategies and skills since early 2000.

For the past six years, Maine Network Partners has focused investments on cultivating understanding of the concepts and practices of effective collective action, with a special emphasis on the network approach.

Through seminars, communities of practice, a Fellows program, funder gatherings, and investment in field work, we continue to demonstrate our belief in the possibilities for positive change that exist in Maine.
